TUNA SALAD SANDWICHES
Inspired by Iranians' love affair with pickles and fresh herbs, this tuna salad combines the crunch and tang of dill pickles with a mix of herbs. The cheerful addition of potato chips celebrates relaxed summer lunches - and tastes great any time of year. Ciabatta rolls and classic salted chips are especially good here, but you can use your favorite loaves and chips, or skip the bread and just serve the tuna salad with chips for scooping.

MARINATED TUNA FOR SALADS AND SANDWICHES
This is a delicious recipe for plain old canned tuna. You no longer need mayonnaise! If you use the good Italian tuna in olive oil - just drain and do not add the olive oil as required in the recipe. Time does not include refrigeration time. You can of course eat it straight away as well.

SUPER TUNA SALAD SANDWICH
My mother used to make tuna salad this way and it was the only way I would eat tuna. She grew up in east Texas and I think it is a recipe her family made. The apples give it a special twist and add some texture and crunch. I recently made it for my five year old daughter and she loved it. Adjust the amount of each ingredient to suite your taste but don't be stingy with the apple.

TUNA SALAD SANDWICH
I gave Mom's original recipe a boost by adding onion and green pepper to these delightfully different tuna sandwiches. With hard-cooked eggs and cheese, the filling tastes fresh, not fishy, and the rolls stay nice and crispy. -Nancy Selig, Lunenburg, Nova Scotia
