CREAMY ONE-POT SPINACH SHRIMP PASTA RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- In a heated pot, melt butter and olive oil. Add garlic and shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook until shrimp is pink, then put aside.
- In the same pot, add milk, broth, and pasta.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, so that the pasta does not stick to each other.
- Once pasta is al dente, add in spinach, salt, pepper, seasoning, and cheese, and mix until spinach is wilted and everything is coated in the sauce.
- Add the shrimp back in and give it a stir until fully incorporated.
- Serve with some extra parmesan cheese, if desired.

- In a skillet, saute the green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms, onion and garlic in butter until almost tender. Stir in the flour, garlic salt, basil and oregano until blended. Combine cream and wine; gradually stir into pepper mixture. Add bay leaf. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for about 8 minutes or until thickened, stirring several times., Meanwhile, cook tortellini in boiling water for about 5 minutes or until tender; drain. - In a saucepan, over medium heat, melt the butter. When the butter is melted, whisk in the flour and cook for about 90 seconds until the flour taste has cooked out. Then, add in the half and half and stir well to combine. It's a good idea to make sure the heat is on high at this point and as soon as it starts to thicken, lower the heat back to medium. Add in all of the other ingredients except the tortellini and stir occasionally to combine well and to prevent from sticking. Once the sauce is thick, toss in the pasta and serve. Toss the shrimp together with the olive oil, salt, and Old Bay. Get a skillet hot and then sauté the shrimp on both sides until they're cooked through. Serve immediately.
