I knew I couldn't serve it to my guests that way and I also didn't want to waste cream cheese and caramel, so I put it in my mixer and blended it all together. The result was a rich and creamy apple dip. When you dip the apple pieces in it, it tastes just like a delicious caramel apple!

Steps:

Microwave apples and cinnamon in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 4 min.; stir. Add half the apples to cream cheese in large bowl; mix well.
