2 cups uncooked penne pasta
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/3 cup water
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute mushrooms and onions in butter for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Add wine or broth and garlic. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced by half, about 5 minutes., Combine flour and water until smooth; gradually add to mushroom mixture. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 4-5 minutes or until heated through. , Drain pasta. Add the pasta, chicken, capers, salt and pepper to cream sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

3 small carrots, peeled and sliced into coins
2 cups broccoli florets
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 cup frozen peas
1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 pinch nutmeg

Steps:

  • Directions.
  • 1. Cook penne in boiling salted water for 12 minutes. Add carrots, broccoli and zucchini for last 4 minutes of cooking time. Add peas during the last minute. Drain; transfer to a large serving bowl.
  • 2. Meanwhile, sprinkle chicken with 1/4 teaspoon of the salt and 1/8 teaspoon of the black pepper. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 8 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • 3. Add cream, cheese, the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper and nutmeg to skillet. Boil for 2 minutes, until thick. Toss with pasta and vegetables.

1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth, divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup milk
2 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken, peppers and seasoning; cook and stir 4 to 6 min. or until chicken is done. Add 2 Tbsp. chicken broth; simmer on low heat 5 min.
  • Stir cream cheese, milk and remaining broth in small saucepan on low heat 3 to 5 min. or until blended and heated through.
  • Drain pasta; place on serving platter. Top with chicken mixture, cream cheese mixture and onions.

Steps:

  • Cut chicken breast into 1 inch squares and fry until golden brown. Remove chicken from skillet.
  • Sautee mushrooms and onion in 1 tsp of oil for 3 min. Add water and cream of mushroom soup. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 min.

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup minced fresh basil
1 small onion, diced
16 ounces baby spinach
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes.
