1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
1/3 cup dried cranberries
4 stalks celery

Steps:

Mix reduced-fat cream cheese and cranberries.
Press into hollow centers of celery.
Cut each stalk crosswise into 4 pieces.

I created this recipe a few Thanksgivings ago, and it is just plain DELISH! Try it on your family for another appetizer to munch on before, during and after Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner!

Ingredients

8 stalks celery, cut into 3-inch pieces washed and dried well (very important)
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 -2 tablespoon milk
1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet dry vegetable soup mix, I used Knorr's

Steps:

Wash, and cut the celery. Dry celery stalks with a paper towel (IMPORTANT).
Cut into 3" pieces, and set aside.
Put cream cheeses into a glass bowl. Put in microwave for 45 secs., until soft.
Add milk and cream together. Start with 1 T. and add more, if needed to make a creamy texture.
Add Vegetable Soup dip mix, and mix well.
Stuff celery with cream cheese mixture.
Put in a plastic container or on a serving plate, wrap, and put in refrigerator for at least 1 hours.
Serve.

My grandma always made stuffed celery at Thanksgiving and Christmas. As kids, we were always so hungry before the holiday meal we would sneak and get a piece of celery to curb our appetite. It was nearly all gone by meal time and we always got fussed at with hint of a grin from Grandma. Now I never have holiday meals without it!

Ingredients

1 bunch celery - large stalks washed, trimmed, and cut into 3 sections
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese at room temperature
¾ cup chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 pinch salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Steps:

Thoroughly dry each piece of celery with paper towels. Mix the cream cheese, olives, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Using a knife, spread a generous amount of cream cheese filling down the center indentation of each celery piece. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sour cream
¼ cup chopped walnuts
20 green olives with pimento, chopped
1 bunch celery, cut into bite-size pieces

Steps:

In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in the walnuts and chopped olives. Spread filling onto the celery pieces. It's also good on crackers.

1 bunch celery
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (I use reduced fat)
2 tablespoons sour cream (I use light)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
20 small green olives

Steps:

Coarsely chop the olives. Separate and wash celery stalks. Can remove celery strings, if desired.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in walnuts and olives.
Spread filling into celery. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Chill until serving time.

6 pimiento-stuffed olives plus 1 teaspoon juice
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted
6 celery ribs, cut into 2-inch pieces

Steps:

Finely chop the pickles and olives; set aside. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, Miracle Whip, juices and salt until blended. Stir in the pickles, olives and pecans., Pipe or stuff filling into celery sticks. Store in the refrigerator.
