1 cup orange juice
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2 mandarins (peeled- optional)
Sweetener like sugar or honey (optional)

Steps:

  • Combine all of the ingredients into a blender. Pulse until smooth and fully combined.
  • Pour into a popsicle mold.
  • Freeze 30-40 minutes.
  • Once somewhat solid, but not completely, push a popsicle stick into the center.
  • Freeze 4 additional hours or until solid.

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 cups boiling water
4 packages (3 ounces each) orange gelatin
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1-1/2 cups orange juice
2 cans (11 ounces each) mandarin oranges, drained
Orange slices, optional

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin; stir 2 minutes to completely dissolve. Stir in ice cream and orange juice until blended. Refrigerate until partially set., Fold in oranges. Pour into two 6-cup ring molds coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate overnight or until firm. Unmold onto a serving plate. If desired, serve with orange slices.

3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 package (3 ounces) lime gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can (15-1/4 ounces) fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese and gelatin. Add water, stir until gelatin is dissolved. Refrigerate until thickened, about 1 hour, stirring frequently. Add mayonnaise; whisk until smooth. Stir in fruit and pecans. Pour into a 1-qt. mold that has been coated with cooking spray. Chill until firm. Unmold onto a serving platter.

cold orange juice
1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough orange juice to pineapple juice to measure 1-1/2 cups. Stir boiling water into gelatin mix in large bowl 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add juice mixture; stir. Reserve 1 cup gelatin at room temperature.
  • Add half the crushed pineapple to remaining gelatin; mix well. Pour into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 2 hours or until gelatin is set but not firm.
  • Whisk reserved gelatin gradually into cream cheese in medium bowl until blended. Stir in remaining crushed pineapple. Spoon over gelatin layer in mold.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold onto plate before serving.

Cold water
1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough cold water to reserved juice to measure 1-1/2 cups. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in juice mixture. Remove 1 cup of the gelatin mixture; set aside at room temperature. Stir half of the crushed pineapple into remaining gelatin.
  • Pour into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set but not firm (gelatin should stick to finger when touched and should mound). Gradually add the reserved gelatin mixture to cream cheese in medium bowl, beating with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in the remaining crushed pineapple. Pour over gelatin layer in mold.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
