Homemade Pineapple Orange Creamsicle Recipe - A simple 4-ingredient popsicle recipe the whole family will love!

2 cups orange-pineapple juice
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Pour 1/2 cup juice and 1/2 sugar in a microwave-safe bowl. Warm for 1-2 minutes until the sugar dissolves into the juice. Then pour in the rest of the juice and stir.
  • In a separate bowl (or measuring pitcher) pour in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and 1 1/4 cups of the sweetened juice. Stir well. Then pour the mixture into 10 standard popsicle molds.
  • Freeze the popsicles for 1 hour. Then pour the remaining juice over the top of each popsicle and add wooden popsicle sticks. Freeze again for at least 3 hours.

These Creamy Orange Pineapple Popsicles are the perfect Summertime treat! Fresh orange juice and pineapple juice blended together with vanilla, sugar and heavy cream frozen into a delicious treat. This simple dessert is sure to be a hit with the entire family!

¾ cup orange juice (fresh or store-bought)
¾ cup pineapple juice
3 tablespoon vanilla
¼ cup + 2 tablespoon sugar
1 ½ cup heavy cream

Steps:

  • Add all of the ingredients to a high-quality blender and whip for 2-3 minutes. This will give the ingredients a chance to incorporate and the heavy cream to thicken up. It should be slightly runny and not too thick when you try to pour it.
  • Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  • Remove from molds and enjoy!

¾ cup fresh or store-bought orange juice
¾ cup canned pineapple juice
3 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
¼ cup + 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 ½ cup heavy cream

Steps:

  • Add the pineapple juice, orange juice, vanilla, sugar, and heavy cream to a high-quality blender. Turn it on and whip for 2-3 minutes. Letting it whip will give the orange popsicles time to blend together incorporate the ingredients. Plus the heavy cream will have a chance to thicken up. It needs to be slightly runny. You don't want it to get too thick or it won't pour easily.
  • Pour the pineapple cream popsicle mixture into the popsicle molds. Then freeze the ice pops for 6 hours and enjoy!

1 (8 ounce) carton vanilla yogurt
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
6 ounces frozen pineapple orange juice concentrate, thawed
8 paper, drink cups
8 wooden sticks

Steps:

  • In a blender container or food processor, combine yogurt, pineapple, and juice concentrate, and blend until smooth.
  • Fill each drink cup with about 1/3 cup pineapple mixture, and freeze until partially frozen, about 1 hour.
  • Insert sticks, and freeze until firm, 2 more hours.
  • Peel off paper cups to serve.

2 cups chopped fresh pineapple (about 1 pineapple)
2 navel oranges (peeled)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons honey

Steps:

  • In the bowl of a food processor combine all the ingredients. Blend until you have a smooth mixture. Pour mixture into ice pop molds. Slide popsicle sticks into the ice pop. Freeze 12-24 hours until frozen solid.
  • Run mold under warm water to loosen the popsicles from the mold. Pull the popsicle out of the mold by tugging on the stick.
  • Store in a snack-size resealable zip top bag.
  • Serve and enjoy!
