CHEESY SKILLET CRESCENT ROLLS WITH CARAMELIZED ONIONS
Cast iron gets screaming hot, so it's perfect for giving rolls a beautiful crust.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375˚ F. Melt the butter in a 12-inch cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, thyme, 1 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are very soft and a deep golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in the vinegar and cook, scraping up any browned bits, until evaporated, 1 to 2 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove the onions to a paper towel-lined plate and wipe the skillet clean.
- On the wide end of each dough triangle, spoon a scant tablespoonful of caramelized onions and sprinkle with about 1 tablespoon Swiss cheese. Starting at the wide end, gently roll up the dough around the filling; place in the skillet. There will be some space between each roll, but the rolls will puff up and come together when baked.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake until the rolls are golden and puffy, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
CRESCENT CRISTO SANDWICH LOAF

- Heat oven to 375°F. Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise on 1 large or 2 small ungreased cookie sheets (rectangles should not touch) firmly press perforations to seal. In small bowl, combine margarine and 2 tablespoons honey mix well. Brush over dough.Bake at 375°F. for 8 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown cool 15 minutes.Grease 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Carefully place 1 crust on pan. Top evenly with turkey. Place second crust over turkey top with cheese and ham. Place third crust over ham spread evenly with preserves. Top with fourth crust brush top with 2 tablespoons honey. Sprinkle honey with sesame seed.Bake at 375°F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and loaf is hot. Let stand 5 minutes. - In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the green pepper, soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; set aside. , On an ungreased baking sheet, separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles. Join the longer sides together. Press edges and perforations together to form a 12-in. x 7-in. rectangle. Spread half of the meat mixture down the center of the rectangle to within 1-in. of edges. Set aside meat mixture. Fold longer sides of dough over meat mixture to center; seal ends. , Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and spoon remaining meat mixture down center of loaf. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese; bake 10 minutes longer or until loaf is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- On a greased baking sheet, unroll crescent dough into one long rectangle; seal seams and perforations.
- In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, onion and dill until blended.
- Spread mixture lengthwise over half of the dough to within 1/2 inches of edges. Top with crab.
- Fold dough over filling; pinch seam to seal.
- Brush the top with egg yolk.
- Bake at 375 d for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cut into slices to serve.
