RICE KRISPIE TREAT PIZZA
This Rice Krispie treat pizza is such a unique and cool dessert idea! Made with marshmallows, Rice Krispie cereal, and the candy of your choice!

Steps:
- Prepare 16? round pizza pan by spraying lightly with nonstick spray
- Over low heat melt your butter in a large sauce pan (I used my 8qt pot)
- When the butter is melted add your marshmallows, stirring until melted.
- When the marshmallows are melted remove from heat.
- Stir in both your cereals until combined.
- When combined transfer to your prepared pizza pan.
CRISPY SKILLET RICE WITH GOCHUJANG, GROUND BEEF AND KIMCHI
With its mix of rice, veggies and meat, this easy skillet dinner takes inspiration from bibimbap, and especially dolsot bibimbap, which is cooked in a hot stone bowl that gives the rice a crunchy, golden brown crust.

Steps:
- Position an oven rack in the bottom of the oven and preheat to 500 degrees F.
- Cover the scallions with ice water and chill until ready to serve (the ice water will make them curl).
- Whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic in a small bowl until smooth. Mix 3 tablespoons of the gochujang mixture with the ground beef in a small bowl until combined.
- Toss 1 tablespoon of the gochujang mixture with the carrots, kimchi and shiitake in a medium bowl until completely coated.
- Pour the oil in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet and swirl to coat. Add the rice and press down to flatten and cover the entire surface of the skillet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of the gochujang mixture and spread it evenly over the rice, leaving about 1/2-inch of the edge exposed. Spread the carrot mixture evenly over the sauce and top with tablespoon-size portions of the beef mixture.
- Heat the skillet over high heat until the sides start to dry out and you see the oil sizzling around the sides, about 6 minutes. Transfer to the oven and bake until the meat starts to brown, about 8 minutes. Remove from the oven, crack the egg in the center and return to the oven to continue baking until the egg is set, 5 to 6 minutes more. Let cool for 10 minutes.
- Remove the scallions from the water, pat dry and sprinkle on top of the pizza. Top with the remaining gochujang sauce and some sesame seeds. Cut into slices to serve.
CRISPY RICE FRUIT "PIZZA"
Steps:
- Melt the butter and marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Add the mixture to 6 cups crispy rice cereal and stir until well combined. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pizza pan. Using buttered hands, press the treat mixture into the pan evenly and allow to set for 15 minutes. Cover the top of the pizza with whipped topping, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Top with a variety of fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, sliced kiwi and grapes.
FRUIT PIZZA EVEN BETTER
Almond extract makes all the difference in this updated version of the traditional fruit pizza. Kiwi makes the topping completely fresh and adds beautiful color. Use low-fat cream cheese for a slightly lighter version. Any clear juice (apple, pear, peach, etc.) may be substituted for the pineapple.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a 12-inch round pizza pan with butter-flavored cooking spray.
- Combine flour and confectioners' sugar in a bowl. Cut in butter with a knife or pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into prepared pizza pan to make a crust.
- Bake in preheated oven until very lightly browned, 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
- Beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup white sugar, and almond extract until smooth; spread over completely cooled crust. Arrange strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi decoratively over cream cheese mixture.
- Mix pineapple juice, 1/2 cup white sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a saucepan until smooth; bring to a boil. Cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Cool slightly and drizzle over fruit. Refrigerate until chilled.

RICE KRISPIES DESSERT PIZZA

- In a large microwave safe bowl, melt the butter.
- Add the marshmallows and stir to evenly coat the marshmallows in melted butter.
- Put back in microwave for 1 minute.
- Remove from microwave and stir immediately.
- Add vanilla and stir well to mix.
- Add cereal and stir well until it is all coated.
- Spray a 9-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray. Spray generously so the cake doesn't stick to the dish.
- Put the Rice Krispies mixture in the dish and then wet your hands with cold water before pushing down on the mixture to form it into a pizza shape with a crust. The cold water keeps the mixture from sticking to your hands.
- Place in refrigerator for a couple of hours to chill before filling with your favorite candies.
PERFECT CRISPY RICE CEREAL TREATS (FRUIT FLAVORED)
Tired of your crispy rice cereal treats turning out too dry, too flimsy or just plain too hard to get out of the pan? The recipe below is almost foolproof in helping to turn out perfect crispy rice cereal treats every time!

Steps:
- Take a pan or baking dish approximately 13x 9 x2 inch size.
- Lay aluminum foil (or parchment paper or waxed paper) across your pan leaving the ends folded over the edges to to work as handles for when removing your crispy rice cereal treats when finished.
- Spray inside pan (including lining) with non-fat cooking spray.
- Use a large heavy saucepan to melt the butter over LOW HEAT for 2 minutes.
- Add half of the marshmallows and stir constantly over LOW HEAT to melt them. Be careful not to let them stick or burn to the bottom of the pan. It is essential that you do not rush this step!
- Remove the pan from the heat. Add to the pan half of the crispy rice cereal, then the other half of the marshmallows, and finally the other half of the crispy rice cereal.
- Stir gently but quickly with buttered or silicone spatula.
- Pour crispy rice mixture into prepared pan.
- Using waxed paper or buttered spatula or disposal gloves sprayed with cooking spray, firmly press the hot cookie mixture into the pan (the gloves truly work the best).
- Let crispy rice cereal mixutre cool until firm (approximately 45 minutes).
- Turn treats out of pan, peel off foil/paper and cut into squares.
- Store in an airtight container.
- TIp: Although I substitute low-fat and low-calorie products for almost everything that I make, this dish definitely turns out best using real butter, and premium quality marshmallows.
- Tip: If fruit flavored is not your thing, but chocolate and/or peanut butter is, you can substitute the fruit flavored marshmallows with plain mini-marshmallows and then add 3/4 cup of smooth peanut butter and/or 3/4 cups of chocolate chips when adding the second half of the marshmallows.
- Tip To speed up cooling place in freezer 15 minutes.
- Tip: Will last 2 days at room temperature or 6 weeks in the freezer.
KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* PIZZA
Kids can help make this pizza with a KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* crust, jam 'tomato sauce,' frosting 'cheese,' and fruit leather 'pepperoni.'

- In large microwave safe bowl, melt margarine and marshmallows on HIGH for about 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Stir mixture until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla. Add KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* cereal, stirring until well coated. Spread cereal mixture into a buttered 36 cm pizza pan. Allow to cool.
- To make pizza: spread strawberry jam on top of cereal mixture for tomato sauce. Leave edges plain to resemble pizza crust. Spread yellow frosting over jam for cheese. Decorate with fruit roll type snack circles for pepperoni. Top with candy sprinkles for spices. Cut into slices and serve.
