CROATIAN CEVAPI
My Croatian husband loves cevapi, so I tried making some for him and he loved them. I made it with beef and veal, which I know is not traditional, but it was so delicious! This recipe has become a staple in our house!

Steps:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine beef, veal, bread crumbs, onion, egg, soda water, seasoning blend, garlic, baking soda, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well. Shape into small sausages and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate. Grill sausages until browned, about 5 minutes per side.

TURKEY TENDERLOINS
A simple yet festive main dish. If you're not up to the task of roasting a turkey this dish is for you. Serve with Cranberry Chutney. Originally submitted to ThanksgivingRecipe.com.

Steps:
- Place the turkey tenderloins in a sealable plastic bag and set aside.
- In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, mustard and rosemary. Pour over turkey, seal bag and shake to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours shaking once or twice.
- Preheat oven on the broiler setting. Remove the turkey from the marinade and place on the rack in the broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from the heat, turning once, for 20 to 22 minutes or until meat is cooked through and when pierced with a fork the juices run clear. Slice and serve with Cranberry Chutney.

CROATIAN " STUBICA TENDERLOIN"
This is a meal from 17th century. Excellent meal enjoyed by feudal lords in Zagorje area. Donja Stubica is the place where peasant rebellion occurred in 17th century, led by "king of peasants Matija Gubec". This recipe is from Cooking school in Zagreb, meaning - this is the basic recipe.

Steps:
- Cut the tenderloin though middle and make a "pocket".
- Wash dried plums (take out the stone) and instead of stone put butter. Put buttered plumes one by one all through the pocket and close with toothpick.
- Season tenderloin and fry it on hot lard to close pores. Plumes surplus cut into stripes and add into frying pan.
- Cover with wine and water if evaporates too much and sauté until meat is soft (about 20 minutes).
- Add sour cream and cooking cream. At the end add slivovica and sauté it for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley leaves.
- Before serving cut across and cover with sauce. Serve with noodles, rice or flour noodles.
