Crock Pot Sausage and Potatoes image

Your family will love this simple Crock Pot Sausage and Potatoes recipe. Toss everything into the crockpot for a tasty dinner everyone will enjoy.

16 oz fully cooked sausage (sliced into 1 inch chunks)
2 lbs whole baby potatoes (cut in half )
2 small yellow onions (cut into chunks)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 cup chicken broth

Steps:

  • Add everything into the crock pot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or cook on high for 304 hours. (until potatoes and onions are tender).
  • Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!

5 or 6 potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
1 pound smoked sausage, cut into pieces (like Hillshire Farm)
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Enough water to fill slow cooker half full
Cornbread, for serving

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to crockpot, cook on high for about 4 hours or low for about six hours until potatoes are done. Serve with cornbread.
