SLOW COOKER CHOCOLATE CANDY

Steps:

• Put the peanuts in the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker. Layer the chocolate over the peanuts, beginning with the sweet chocolate, followed by the chocolate chips and then the almond bark. Set the temperature on low and cook for 3 hours. Do not stir the mixture. After 3 hours, stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until smooth. Drop the candy into cupcake pan liners using about 2 tablespoons per liner. Allow the candy to cool completely before removing the cupcake liners.

AMAZING SLOW COOKER CHOCOLATE CAKE

Steps:

• Spray crock of a large slow cooker with cooking spray.
• In a medium bowl, whisk the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla until well combined. Whisk in the boiling water. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well.
• Pour the cake batter into the prepared slow cooker.
• Set slow cooker to "Low". Cook until cake has no wet spots on top and has pulled away from the sides of the crock, about 3 hours. Turn off slow cooker and allow cake to rest for 30 minutes before serving.

CROCK POT TRIPLE CHOCOLATE MESS

Steps:

• Spray crock pot with non-stick spray.
• Mix all ingredients and place in crock pot.
• Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
• Try not to lift the lid.
• Serve with ice cream.

CROCK-POT CHOCOLATE MESS

Steps:

• Spray a 4 quart crock-pot with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and pudding mix. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with the water, then add the sour cream and oil and beat until smooth. Add to the dry ingredients and beat well. Stir in the chocolate chips.
• Pour into crock-pot. Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 3 hours, until top springs back when touched very lightly with finger.
• Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on it.

TRIPLE CHOCOLATE SURPRISE - CROCK POT

Steps:

• Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray or lightly grease.
• Mix cake mix, sour cream, pudding mix, chocolate chips, oil, eggs and water in bowl by hand.
• Pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or on High 3 to 4 hours.
• Serve hot or warm with ice cream and/or whipped cream topping. I like to put 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream on top. Top the ice cream with whipped cream and then drizzle chocolate syrup over all.
