This is a fun and simple recipe for a classic party appetizer. Orange marmalade adds a sweet flavor to these tasty little guys, while jalapeño peppers give them a nice zesty kick. Enjoy!

32 oz frozen meatballs (or your favorite meatball recipe)
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup beef broth
1 jar orange marmalade (12 oz.)
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs jalapeño pepper (diced)
2 Tbs green onion (diced)
1 Tbs salt

Steps:

  • Mix the orange marmalade, orange juice, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, jalapeño pepper, green onion and salt in the Crock-Pot.
  • Add meatballs and coat thoroughly with marmalade mixture.
  • Turn the Crock-Pot to the "high" setting and let them do their thing for 2-3 hours or until the meatballs are cooked through.

1 bottle (16 ounces) Catalina salad dressing
1 cup orange marmalade
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 package (32 ounces) frozen fully cooked home-style meatballs, thawed

Steps:

  • In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the salad dressing, marmalade, Worcestershire sauce and pepper flakes. Stir in meatballs. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until heated through. Freeze option: Freeze cooled meatball mixture in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Microwave, covered, on high in a microwave-safe dish until heated through, gently stirring; add water if necessary.
