SIMPLE BAKED CHICKEN LIVERS RECIPE



Simple Baked Chicken Livers Recipe image

With just a few ingredients, you can bake delicious chicken livers everyone will love. Not only that, but they are packed with vital vitamins and nutrients!

13½ ounces of chicken liver
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon oregano
½ teaspoon dried thyme

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken livers, garlic powder, onion powder, extra-virgin olive oil, oregano, and dried thyme.
  • Mix it all together and place the livers on a lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • When they are done, transfer the livers to a serving plate
  • Top with chopped parsley, if using, and serve.

Chicken livers 12 fresh
Crackers 24
Butter 4 tbsp
Dried Italian seasoning 1 tbsp

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Add the crumbs and seasoning to a shallow bowl, mix and spread out on the bottom of the bowl. Pour the melted butter into a separate bowl.
  • Dip each liver in the butter, then roll in the crumbs. Place the coated livers in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the crumb has turned golden-brown.

24 buttery round crackers, crushed
1 tablespoon Italian-style seasoning
4 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place crushed cracker crumbs and seasonings of your choice in a shallow bowl or plate. Pour melted butter into another shallow bowl or plate. Roll chicken livers in butter or margarine, then in crumbs.
  • Place coated chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
