Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken livers, garlic powder, onion powder, extra-virgin olive oil, oregano, and dried thyme.
- Mix it all together and place the livers on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- When they are done, transfer the livers to a serving plate
- Top with chopped parsley, if using, and serve.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Add the crumbs and seasoning to a shallow bowl, mix and spread out on the bottom of the bowl. Pour the melted butter into a separate bowl.
- Dip each liver in the butter, then roll in the crumbs. Place the coated livers in the baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the crumb has turned golden-brown.

- Place crushed cracker crumbs and seasonings of your choice in a shallow bowl or plate. Pour melted butter into another shallow bowl or plate. Roll chicken livers in butter or margarine, then in crumbs.
- Place coated chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
