- Preheat oven to 350°. Mix first six ingredients; transfer to a greased 11x7-in baking dish. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Spread over pea mixture. Bake, uncovered, until lightly browned, 20-25 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms; saute until tender. Stir in peas, soup and milk. Transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with onions. Bake, uncovered, until heated through, 25-30 minutes.

- In a skillet, saute celery in butter until tender. Remove from the heat; add the next nine ingredients. Spoon into an ungreased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. , Combine melted butter and cornflakes; sprinkle on top of casserole. Sprinkle with almonds if desired. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.

Simple and quick casserole. Good main recipe or basic recipe to do add in's. You can double the chicken mixture to have a creamier casserole. With a simple garden salad of romaine lettuce, tomato, and cucumbers, it makes a great meal.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and pasta, and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes; drain.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir together mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken, and peas. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper.
- Stir cooked pasta into chicken mixture until well combined. Pour pasta mixture into a 9x10-inch casserole dish, and spread out evenly. Top with Parmesan cheese, and spray the top with a bit of cooking spray.
- Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven, and let cool 5 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat; add in chicken; brown until just golden on all sides, 5-6 minutes.
- Add in leek; cook/stir until softened, 5 minutes.
- Add in mushrooms and peas; stir until peas have thawed, about 3 minutes.
- Add in sour cream and mustard; season to taste with salt and pepper; stir well; remove from heat.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 1 ½ to 2 quart casserole.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, and the remaining ¼ cup butter; work with a fork (or pastry blender) until the mixture is mealy.
- Add in bread crumbs, cheese, and tarragon; stir until well blended.
- Spoon evenly over chicken mixture; bake 35-40 minutes, until golden brown.

- Mix soup, sour cream and 1/3 cup 4 cheese Mexican blend and salt together.
- Fold in peas.
- Spread into an 8X8 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheddar cheese.

- Season chicken with salt and pepper and dredge both sides in flour. Heat 3 Tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium/high heat. Once oil is hot, add chicken and saute until golden. Work in batches if needed so you don't crowd your pan. Don't worry about cooking the chicken through; it still needs to go in the oven. Transfer chicken to a 13x9 casserole baking dish.
- Scrape of any debris from the skillet. Add 3 Tbsp oil along with sliced mushrooms and diced onions and saute until soft and golden. Add garlic and saute another 1-2 min. Spread mixture over the chicken.
- In a medium saucepan (or in the same pan you've been using), melt 3 Tbsp butter. Whisk in 3 Tbsp flour until lightly golden (1-2 min).
- Add 1 1/2 cups chicken broth, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp pepper, and whisk until smooth. Add 1 cup half & half and bring to a simmer. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.

- In a skillet, heat the oil over medium to medium high heat. Add the shallot and garlic when oil has a rippled appearance. Cook for 1 minute and then add the white mushrooms. When mushrooms appear cooked through (about 3 minutes) add the chicken pieces and cook until meat is white in color (about 4 minutes). Mix in the peas and turn the heat to the skillet off and set aside.
- While the items in the preceding step are cooking, melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave (about 1.5 minutes). When melted, mix the butter with the dressing mix and then place ¾ of the dressing mix into a 9x13 baking dish or a large skillet and pack down slightly. Top the dressing with the chicken mixture from the frying pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix the soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and soy sauce. Place this mixture on top of the chicken mixture in the baking dish and spread around the top. Sprinkle the remaining dressing mix over the top. Then, very gently, pour the chicken broth over the top of that (it will run down into the dish and this is what you want).
