CRUNCHY FRENCH TOAST STICKS

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425˚ F. Crack the eggs into a pie plate. Add the half-and-half, vanilla, 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Whisk lightly until combined; set aside.
- In a separate pie plate, stir together the panko, crushed cereal and remaining 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Use a fork to stir in the melted butter so that the crumbs are slightly moist.
- One by one, quickly dunk the bread strips in the egg mixture, turning to coat. Then lay them in the dish with the crumb mixture, turning to coat; sprinkle and press the crumbs so they totally cover the bread. Place the bread strips on a rack set on a baking sheet.
- Bake the French toast sticks until golden around the edges and the crumbs are crisp, 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and serve with maple syrup.
CRISPY PEPPERONI CHIPS
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Lay the pepperoni slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven and soak up the excess grease by pressing paper towels against the pepperoni chips. Return the pan to the oven and bake an additional 2 to 4 minutes, until the pepperoni slices are very crispy.
- Serve as a snack anytime or use in place of crackers for dipping or for topping with your favorite cheese! They'll stay fresh and crispy for 1 to 2 days if you store them in an airtight container.

Steps:
- Dough: Dissolve yeast in 1 Cup of warm water until foamy about 5 mins.
- Mix sugar, oil, salt, and flour and then add to yeast and water.
- Mix together until smooth.
- Knead and cover for 30 min in warm area 100-105 degrees I put in oven with light on.
- Roll out dough on lightly dusted flour table.
- Cut into 2 inch wide by 5 inch doughs
- Place 5 pepperoni's on each dough pieces.
- Pinch sides together roll back and forth til smooth.
- Lightly grease baking pan
- Place dough into pan each breadstick.
- Brush lightly top of breadsticks with egg whites.
- Spinkle garlic salt or powder on top.
- Cook for a total of 20 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden brown.
