1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh dill, minced or 1 tablespoon dried dill
pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients except the dill.
  • Puree in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Stir in the dill.
  • Cover and mellow in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour.

  • In a blender, combine the yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and refrigerate until chilled.
