Steps:
- Combine the olives, garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper in a food processor and puree for 30 seconds; drizzle in the oil while the processor is running. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, lightly toast the bread. Spoon the olive mixture on the bread and sprinkle with the basil before serving.

- In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, cucumber, and basil. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Add olive oil and vinegar, and toss well to combine. Let stand at room temperature for at least an hour.
- Cut bread into 1/2-inch-thick slices, then cut slices in half diagonally. Brush both sides of each slice lightly with additional oil; grill or broil on both sides until toasted.
- Rub hot bread lightly with garlic cloves on one side only. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with vegetable mixture. Let stand a few minutes to allow juices to soak into bread; serve.

- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In the microwave, melt the 3 tablespoons of butter with 1 clove of garlic.
- Slice up a loaf of Italian bread to about 1-inch (2 ½ cm) thickness.
- Top with melted garlic butter, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, basil, and olive oil and stir until everything is fully coated with olive oil.
- Top the garlic bread with desired amount of tomato mixture.
- Garnish with parmesan cheese.

- Slice the baguette, and toast in either the toaster oven or a preheated 350°F oven for 5-8 minutes, or until golden brown. (If you'd like to make this like a true bruschetta, brush olive oil on top of the rounds and rub with garlic for extra flavor and crustiness.)
- While the baguette toasts, mix the feta, Greek yogurt, dill, olive oil, vinegar and spices in a small bowl. Stir until combined.
