1 cup tonic water
1/2 cup cucumber juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup simple syrup (equal amounts sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves; cool)
Handful fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes, for serving

Steps:

Divide the ingredients in half, add each half to a cocktail shaker and shake to combine. Pour over rocks glasses filled with ice and serve.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup mayonnaise
1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian salad dressing mix
2 loaves French bread, cut into 1 inch slices
2 medium cucumbers, sliced
1 pinch dried dill weed

Steps:

In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise and Italian dressing mix. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.
Spread the cream cheese blend onto slices of French bread. Top with a cucumber slice, and sprinkle with dill. You can make as many or few as you like. the cream cheese mixture keeps for about a week in the refrigerator so you can make them over and over again!

1 ounce simple syrup
3 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 cup ice, or as needed
1 cup club soda, or as needed
2 thin slices cucumber

Steps:

Muddle 6 cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and hot sauce. Fill shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds.
Fill 2 glasses with fresh ice. Strain vodka mixture into the glasses and top off with club soda. Garnish with remaining cucumber slices.
