Cucumbers With Onion and Cheese image

1/2 seedless cucumber, coarsely chopped (about 6 ounces, 170g)
1 medium red onion, finely chopped (about 4 ounces, 110g)
1/2 cup farmer cheese, crumbled (about 3 ounces, 85g)
1 medium green chili pepper, fresh, seeded and finely chopped (about 1/2 ounce, 15g)
salt
black pepper

Steps:

  • Combine cucumber, onion, pepper, and cheese.
  • Season to taste.

3 cucumbers, sliced
2 onions, sliced
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup water

Steps:

  • Slice the cucumbers and onions and put in a bowl. Add salt and let set for 2 hours.
  • Cover with boiling water and let set for 15 minutes.
  • Rinse 2 times. Put the cucumbers and onions in suger, white vinegar and water.
  • Best the next day.
