Curried Wedges With Minted Yoghurt Cucumber Topping Recipe

  1. potatoes
  2. oil
  3. curry powder
  4. salt
  5. paprika
  6. black pepper
  7. natural yoghurt
  8. mint
  9. cucumber


  1. preheat oven ro 200 degrees c
  2. scrub potatoes , do not peel
  3. cut into wedges
  4. mix paprika , curry powder , salt & pepper together
  5. place potatoes , oil and paprika mixture in a large baking dish
  6. toss well to ensure the potatoes are evenly covered
  7. bake , uncovered , qt 200 degress c for 30 - 40 minutes
  8. turn over once or twice during cooking
  9. mix yoghurt , mint and cucumber together
  10. serve with the wedges
