1 lb ground turkey
2 tablespoons A.1. Original Sauce
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 large white onions
2 tablespoons A.1. Original Sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons A.1. Original Sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon water
4 ounces goat cheese

Steps:

  • Slice onions and sauté in olive oil over medium high heat until they start to become translucent. Add 2 T brown sugar, 2 T A1 and 2 T water. Cover and lower heat to just simmer.
  • Mix ground turkey with 2 T A1, 2 T mayo and salt and pepper and then form into 4 patties. This mixture will be very moist - don't worry.
  • Spray a medium size skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium high heat. Add turkey patties and cook for 5-7 minutes on the first side.
  • While the burgers are cooking mix together the basting sauce by mixing 2 T A1, 2 T brown sugar and 1 T water and microwave for 1 minute just to combine. Take the cover off of the onion mixture and turn to very low heat.
  • Flip the burgers and baste with the basting sauce. Cook for another 5-7 minutes and flip again, basting again.
  • Assemble burgers (on buns or no) by placing goat cheese on top of the burger and then the caramelized onions on top of the goat cheese.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 pounds pizza dough (available fresh at many pizzerias or frozen at supermarkets)
6 or more tablespoons flour
1/2 pound aged goat cheese, crumbled
4 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup chopped fresh basil

Steps:

  • If the pizza dough is frozen, defrost it the morning before it is needed.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • When ready to prepare the pizzas, put about 1 tablespoon of the flour onto a baking sheet, and spread it around. Using your hands, spread half the dough onto the baking sheet, adding flour to your hands and to the dough as needed to keep it from sticking. For a smoother, thinner crust, use a rolling pin. When the dough is spread out, sprinkle half of the toppings onto it. Then repeat the same procedure, making another pizza on another baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how thick the crust is and on how crusty you want the pizza. When done, cut the pizzas into small rectangular pieces.

1/3 lb ground turkey
1/3 cup A.1. Original Sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup fresh cherries, sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil, minced
1/4 cup goat cheese
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Steps:

  • Brush olive oil on pizza crust.
  • Bake pizza crust in 400 degree oven for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
  • While pizza crust is baking, saute ground turkey in A1 steak saute for about 5 minutes until turkey is cooked, reaching a temperature of 165 degrees.
  • Top pizza crust with mozzarella cheese, cooked turkey in A1 sauce, goat cheese, sliced cherries, and walnuts.
  • Bake in 400 degree oven for another 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.

8 ounces soft fresh goat cheese (you may add a tsp of milk or so to make spreadable)
1/4 cup fresh spinach
1 avocado
1/4 lb ground turkey
2 tablespoons A.1. Original Sauce
12 slices bacon, cut in half

Steps:

  • Cut jalapeño peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  • Chop the spinach into small pieces.
  • Brown the ground turkey and drain well. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the spinach, A1 sauce, ground turkey and goat cheese together.
  • Using a spoon, fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  • Slice an avocado into thin strips and lay one over the cheese mixture.
  • Wrap a 1/2 piece of bacon around each half and secure with a toothpick.
  • Line them up on a cookie sheet an inch apart.
  • Bake at 425 for 15-20 minute.

1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup corn
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup A.1. Original Sauce, separated
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups fresh spinach (unpacked cups)
1 prepared pizza dough
2 ounces goat cheese, crumbled

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 415 degrees F.
  • Prepare the pizza topping: heat the olive oil on medium high heat, then add onions and peppers. Allow these to cook, and after 2-3 minutes once they begin to soften add the tomatoes, corn, garlic, half of the A1 steak sauce, and seasonings (curry powder, salt, pepper). Toss everything thoroughly and cook for 3 more minutes until fragrant and tomatoes grow soft. Remove your pan from the heat, add the spinach, and stir gently allowing the spinach to wilt lightly.
  • Assemble the pizza: roll out the prepared pizza dough, spread with the remaining 1/4 cup of A1 steak sauce, top with the curried vegetable mixture, and finally sprinkle with the crumbled goat cheese.
