Bacon, Cheese, Eggs on pizza? What could be better? This Breakfast Pizza makes for a great weekend breakfast, it's simple, delicious and totally homemade.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 500 F degrees.
- Spray a baking sheet (15.25 x 10.25 inches) with cooking spray.
- Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the pizza baking dish. Drizzle the dough with a bit of olive oil.
- Arrange the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Top with bacon and tomato. Crack 6 eggs on the pizza.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the edge is golden brown.
- Garnish with chives and parsley.

- Preheat oven to 425. Place pizza crust on sheet pan. Top with diced tomatoes, diced potatoes and shredded cheese. Top with chopped bacon and place pizza in oven. Cook for aprox 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Slice and serve along with eggs for a perfect breakfast.

5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. My version of classic Margherita Pizza using Simply Potaoes Shredded Hashbrown potatoes for crust.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, combine Simply Potatoes shredded Hash Browns with oil and bacon bits, mixing well. Spray pizza pan with cooking spray. Press hash browns into bottom of the pizza dish. Bake 20 minutes.
- Spread tomato sauce on top of potatoes, not quite to the edges. Arrange the slices of mozzarella on top of the sauce and bake 12-15 minutes or until golden. 4 servings.

CORNED BEEF HASH BREAKFAST PIZZA
Bored of the same-old pizza toppings? Try adding an Irish twist, with corned beef, hash browns, cheese and a dash of hot sauce for good measure.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a large saute pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium high heat. Cook onion, red bell peppers and green bell peppers until beginning to soften, about 3-5 minutes. Increase heat and add hash browns, stirring to combine. Cook 3-5 minutes then stir in cubed corned beef, hot sauce (if using), and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- Working on a 9x11 piece of parchment paper, stretch or roll pizza dough into a large rectangle. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes.
- Remove pizza from oven and brush dough with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Top with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and the corned beef hash. Make 4 wells in the hash and break an egg into each well. Top the hash with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella.
- Bake pizza until crust is golden and eggs whites are set, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped scallions.

- Dissolve yeast and sugar in hot water in a bowl. Let stand until yeast forms a creamy foam, 5 to 8 minutes.
- Mix 1 3/4 cup flour and salt in a large bowl. Pour in yeast mixture; mix well until dough comes together.
- Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth, adding remaining 1/4 cup flour if dough is too sticky, about 2 minutes. Roll dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to a greased pizza pan.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 casserole.
- Pour in the Simply Potatoes for the 1st layer, then top with bacon or ham, then sprinkle on all the cheese.
- Whisk 9 eggs together in a large bowl, then whisk in the sour cream.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
- Bake for about 35 minutes. or until light brown on top.
- Let rest 5 minute before cutting into squares.
- My favorite condiment is salsa to serve with it!

- Preheat oven to 425F degrees. Spray a large baking sheet (10"x 15") with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread the pizza crust into the pan. Stretch it out to all the edges. Brush olive oil evenly on top of the crust. Poke the crust really well with a fork (this will keep it from puffing up too much.)
- Bake the crust for about 7 minutes on a middle rack. It should just start to be getting very light brown in color.
- While crust is baking, start making the scrambled eggs. In a medium-sized bowl, add eggs, salt, pepper and milk. Whisk eggs really well for at least 2 minutes to combine.
