Moonshine Cherries are tasty little cherry bombs that can be eaten on their own, added to cocktails or even added to fruit cakes for a nice punch.

Number Of Ingredients 2

10 oz maraschino cherries
1 cup moonshine

Steps:

  • Drain cherries and reserve the juice.
  • Add cherries back into the empty jar.
  • Pour in moonshine and top with reserved cherry juice.
  • Place the lid on the jar and shake to combine.
  • Refrigerate for 24-48 hours.

Cherry Pie Moonshine Recipe - (4/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 32 ounce jars all cherry juice
2 cans tart cherries in heavy syrup
1/2 cup white sugar
1 liter bottle everclear
8 8 oz sized mason jars

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, bring all ingredients but everclear to a boil. Stir to make sure sugar completely dissolves, remove from heat. Let cool. Pour in Everclear. Pour into sterilized mason jars. Moonshine can be consumed immediately, but gets better after time. 2+ weeks is ideal!
