Diabetic Grape Jelly Recipe

  1. unflavored gelatin
  2. unsweetened grape juice
  3. orange rind
  4. cinnamon stick
  5. cloves
  6. artificial sweetener


  1. soften gelatin in 1 / 4 cup grape juice
  2. in a heavy saucepan , bring remaining juice , orange rind and spices to a boil
  3. reduce heat and simmer until approximately 1 cup of grape juice has evaporated
  4. strain
  5. stir in softened gelatin
  6. remove from heat and cool slightly
  7. stir in artificial sweetener
  8. serve chilled
