DOMINOS PIZZA SAUCE
Dominos pizza sauce is enriched with umami flavors. To make this copycat pizza sauce at home you need tomato puree, crushed tomatoes, sugar, salt, oregano, basil, marjoram, and cayenne pepper, and garlic. To achieve a thick consistency of the sauce cook the sauce over low heat.

Steps:
- In a stock pot, add oil and finely chopped garlic. Over a low heat cook the garlic for a minute.
- Further, add tomato puree, crushed tomatoes, and some spices like sugar, salt, oregano, basil, marjoram, and cayenne pepper.
- As you see bubbles start foaming, turn off the heat and let the sauce cool.
- Transfer the pizza sauce to a glass jar.

- In a small saucepan combine the tinned tomatoes and tomato puree and then heat over a medium heat. Bring to simmer then mix in all other ingredients. Keep simmering for 25-30 mins whilst occasionally stirring. After 30 minutes pour the sauce into a pot or container then allow to cool.
