DRACULA'S REVENGE
Beware, this recipe has been known to stop kisses for days!!! If you don't want the hassle of roasting the garlic, purchase the already minced kind and use appropriate amount.

Steps:
- Roast garlic heads in 350 degree oven, wrapped in foil, for one hour.
- Separate cloves and squeeze to extract garlic pulp.
- Discard skins.
- Cook sausage in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble.
- Rinse in colander to remove excess fat.
- Place in large bowl and stir in sage and rosemary.
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Add flour, stirring with a whisk.
- Gradually add the milk; cook until slightly thick, stirring constantly with the whisk (about 10 minutes.) Stir in roasted garlic, cheeses, salt and pepper until just melted.
- Remove from heat.
- Mix with cooked pasta and either spoon into greased one 13X9 or two 8X8 pans (cover with foil and freeze up to 3 months).
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

DRACULA'S REVENGE COOKIES
Steps:
- Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over barely simmering water, stirring until smooth. Cool slightly. Cream butter and sugar in medium bowl. Add egg and beat util light and fluffy. Stir in chocolate, buttermilk and vanilla. Sift flour, soda and salt into chocolate mixture and stir to blend. Mix in chocolate chips. Refrigerate until batter is stiff, about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Drop batter by generous teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets spacing 2 inches apart. Bake until cookies are firm around edges, about 10 minutes. While still warm, make indentation in center of each cookie with fingertips. Fill with jam. Transfer to rack and cool. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Store airtight.)

Dip truffles in coating to cover completely; allow excess to drip of. Return to prepared pan. Refrigerate until hardened. , Cut Fruit Roll-Up into 2-1/2-in. x 1-1/2-in. strips. Reheat candy coating if necessary. Dip truffles in candy coating again; allow excess to drip off. Place one on each cookie. Wrap a fruit strip around base of truffle for cape. Let stand until set., Using decorating icing and a round tip, pipe hair, eyes and mouth on each. Insert almonds for fangs. Store in an airtight container.,

- Preheat oven to 350*F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper; set aside. In a large mixing bowl beat butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt. Beat until combined, scraping side of bowl occasionally. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined. Beat in cocoa powder and as much of the flour as you can with the mixer. Using a wooden spoon, stir in any remaining flour, oats, and pecans (if using).
- Drop dough by rounded measuring tablespoons about 3 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes or until edges are firm. Let stand on cookie sheets for 2 minutes. Transfer to wire racks and let cool.
- For each sandwich, cut a cookie in half and frost bottoms with red frosting. Arrange 6 marshmallows along the curved edge of a cookie half. Top with other half. Place a slivered almond on either side of the center two marshmallows to resemble fangs.
