ORANGE CREAMSICLE COOKIES RECIPE
These cookies taste just like biting into a delightful orange creamsicle!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add flour mixture until combined.
- Stir in orange zest and white chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Do not flatten cookies; it will make them dry.
- Bake 8 -10 minutes or until golden brown around edges. Do not overcook. Cookies will be plump. Cool for several minutes on cookie sheets before transferring to rack to cool completely.
- Store in airtight container.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
- Combine sugar and butter in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until creamy. Beat in egg yolks, extracts, and food coloring. Stir in flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Add white chocolate chips.
- Form dough into balls and arrange on the prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges turn golden, 10 to 11 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool on the cookie sheets for 1 to 2 minutes before transferring to cooling racks.

ORANGE DREAMSICLE LUSH
Everyone's favorite childhood ice cream treat becomes a sophisticated potluck dessert in this refreshing and creamy lush. Betty Crocker™ sugar cookie mix makes a perfect cookie crust, which gets topped with layers of creamy vanilla pudding, orange Jell-O® gelatin and Cool Whip whipped topping, then garnished with mandarin oranges for added flair. It's guaranteed to be the favorite dessert at any potluck, and we recommend making it in a glass baking dish so everyone can see the pretty layers in its presentation.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Make and bake drop cookies as directed on pouch. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- In food processor, process half of the cookies to coarse crumbs. Remove to medium bowl. Continue to process remaining cookies to coarse crumbs; add to bowl. Stir in melted butter until well blended. In ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, press cookie crumb mixture firmly in bottom. Set aside.
- In small bowl, place gelatin, and add boiling water; beat with whisk until blended. Stir occasionally about 2 minutes or until mostly dissolved. In medium bowl, beat dry pudding mixes and milk with whisk about 2 minutes or until thick. Stir in dissolved gelatin. Let stand 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth, scraping down side of bowl frequently. Beat in 2 cups of the whipped topping. Spread over cookie crust.
- Pour pudding mixture over cream cheese layer; spread evenly over top. Drop remaining whipped topping by spoonfuls over pudding layer; carefully spread until even. Refrigerate 5 hours.
- When ready to serve, sprinkle orange segments on top. Cut into 6 rows by 3 rows. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pieces.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat butter until light & fluffy. Add the sugar,egg,tang & vanilla extract,beat for another minute or so. Add remaining dry ingredients,mix well. Roll heaping TBs into balls. Place 2" apart onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until tops are very lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes on sheet then transfer to wire racks to cool completely
DREAMSICLE COOKIES

DREAMSICLE COOKIE MIX IN A JAR
Cookie mix in a quart jar for gift giving. Layer ingredients in a 1 quart wide mouth jar in order given. Press each layer firmly before adding next ingredient. Attach a card to jar with the recipe directions on it.

- Mix together flour, baking soda and baking powder.
- Empty jar of cookie mix into large mixing bowl.
- Use your hands to thoroughly blend mix.
- Mix until completely blended, finish mixing with your hands.
- Shape into balls the size of walnuts.
- Place 2" apart on sprayed bake sheet.
- Bake at 375 for 12-14 minutes until tops are very lightly browned.
- Cool 5 minutes on bake sheet then move to rack.

- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. Place all of the jar ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, and stir until well combined. Set aside. 3. Place the butter, egg, and vanilla extract in a large bowl, and cream with an electric mixer set on low speed or with a fork. 4. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, and mix with a spoon until well combined. 5. Drop the dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart to allow for spreading. 6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until light brown in color. Allow to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet. Then transfer to wire racks and cool completely. 7. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. CREATING THE JAR1. Wash and thoroughly dry a 1-quart wide-mouth canning jar.2. Layer the ingredients in the jar as shown below, pressing firmly with a flat-bottomed object, such as a tart tamper or the bottom of a narrow glass, after each addition.
