DREAMSICLE JELLO SALAD
This recipe has been a big hit at family gatherings and potlucks for years! It could also be used as a light dessert. I have also used French Vanilla pudding mix. It makes a large amount so make sure to use a very large mixing bowl.

Steps:
- Combine the pudding, Jello and boiling water and dissolve completely.
- Add the Mandarin Oranges (with juice).
- Fold in the Cool Whip.

Steps:
- Bring the water to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in the orange gelatin powder, vanilla pudding mix, and tapioca pudding mix. Stir well. Bring the mixture to a boil again then remove from the heat. Let cool completely. When the pudding mixture is cool, fold in the oranges and whipped topping. Spoon the salad into a decorative serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until chilled.

- Stir pineapple, pudding mix, and orange extract together in a bowl. Add food coloring and stir. Fold in whipped topping and mini marshmallows. Reserve 2 to 3 tablespoons of chopped pecans for topping; stir in remaining pecans.
- Top with reserved chopped pecans and chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

- Cook over medium heat while stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
- Cool to room temperature.

- NOTE: Even though this recipe is cooked, the vanilla pudding mix is instant.
- It is not a mistake.
