DRIED BEEF AND CHEESE BAKE

Steps:

• Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, cooked egg noodles, dried beef, Worcestershire sauce, and onion together.
• Place mixture in a buttered 1-1/2 quart casserole.
• Top with cheese evenly over top.
• Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.

BAKED DRIED BEEF DIP

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
• Combine all ingredients in a small ovenproof casserole dish.
• Bake at 325 F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
• Serve warm with crackers.
• Serving Suggestions: Hollow out a large round bread loaf, place dip in center, wrap in tin foil and bake, vented, until dip is heated through.

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole.
• Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
• Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour, then serve and enjoy.

DRIED BEEF-MACARONI BAKE

Steps:

• Place eggs in medium saucepan; cover with cold water. Bring to a boil.
• Reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes. Drain immediately and run cold water over the eggs to stop the cooking. Peel the eggs and finely chop.
• Meanwhile, heat oven to 350°F and spray 2-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
• In large saucepan, cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package.
• Drain and return to saucepan. Add the chopped cooked eggs and all the remaining ingredients to cooked macaroni; stir gently to mix.
• Pour into casserole dish sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes or until bubbly.

GRANDMA'S DRIED BEEF CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
• Melt the margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the flour using a fork so that no lumps form. Gradually stir in the milk. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, then add the cheese. Cook and stir until smooth. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, and then the dried beef. Stir into the noodles in the casserole dish, and top with crushed potato chips.
• Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the sauce is thick and bubbling, and top is toasted.

DRIED BEEF CHEESE BALL

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, dried beef, and chopped onions. Mix well, then season with onion salt, monosodium glutamate, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into a ball, and refrigerate.

MACARONI & DRIED BEEF CASSEROLE RECIPE

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients and put into a casserole dish. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight. The next day bake covered at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from cover from casserole for the last 10 minutes of baking. Option: Cream of chicken or cream of celery may be used in place of mushroom soup.

COMPANY CHICKEN WITH DRIED BEEF

Steps:

• In large casserole dish, place a layer of dried beef slices, slightly overlapping each other.
• Wrap a slice of bacon around each chicken breast and place on top of dried beef.
• In a saucepan, heat together the cream cheese, sour cream, and undiluted mushroom soup.
• Heat through until cream cheese is partially melted.
• Pour sauce over chicken.
• Sprinkle each breast with paprika.
• Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350.
• When serving, spoon soup mixture over each chicken breast and serve extra soup mixture in gravy boat or pitcher.
