This is so easy and everyone at my office always requests this cake. It's great anytime. You can alternate with white cake mix and pistachio pudding or chocolate cake mix and fudge pudding etc.

Ingredients

1 package Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe yellow cake mix (without pudding in the mix)
1 package butterscotch pudding mix (4 serving size)
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour tube or 10" bundt pan.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat at medium speed with electic mixer for 2 minutes.
Pour into pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick or knife comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
Cool in pan for 25 to 30 minutes.
Invert onto serving plate, cool completely.

Their recipe uses the Moist White Cake mix so it is easy to put together. Comments on their site said that the 1 tablespoon of almond extract called for was too much, so I adjusted to 1 1/2 teaspoons. Serve with berries for a spring treat.

1 (15 1/4 ounce) package duncan hines classic white moist cake mix
1 (3 1/2 ounce) vanilla instant pudding mix
4 large eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
3/4 cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, oil and almond extract.
Beat at low speed with electric mixer until moistened.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Stir in almonds with a spoon.
Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and cool in pan for 25 minutes.
Invert onto cooling rack. Cool completely.
Dust with confectioners' sugar.

1 (18 ounce) box cake mix
1 (3 3/4 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup dark rum
1 cup pecans
1/8 cup butter
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup rum
1 cup sugar

Steps:

Cake mix type: Duncan Hines without pudding.
Preheat oven at 325°F.
Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan; sprinkle 1 cup of chopped pecans over bottom of prepared pan.
Mix ingredients and pour into cake pan. Bake 1 hour and leave in cake pan when finished.
For Glaze:.
Cook all together and add rum last.
Punch holes in cake while it's still in the cake pan and pour glaze in and onto bottom of the cake.

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°F. For topping, melt butter over low heat in 12-inch cast-iron skillet or skillet with oven-proof handle. Remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar. Spread to cover bottom of skillet. Arrange pineapple slices, Maraschino cherries and walnut halves in skillet. Set aside. For cake, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large mixing bowl.
