  1. dungeness crabmeat
  2. scallions
  3. red bell peppers
  4. celery
  5. mayonnaise
  6. egg
  7. panko breadcrumbs
  8. paprika
  9. chili powder
  10. salt and pepper


  1. break up the dungeness crab meat
  2. add peppers , celery , scallions , and spices
  3. add mayonnaise
  4. combine in bowl to form paste , then add eggs and bread crumbs to thicken
  5. form into round crab cakes
  6. deep fry or saut in olive oil
  7. serve crab cakes with greens and balsamic vinaigrette
