OREO-STUFFED DOUGHNUT HOLES RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: biscuit dough, mini oreo, oil, powdered sugar, whole milk

Steps:
- Quarter the flaky biscuit dough.
- Take one quarter and flatten with your finger. Place a mini Oreo in the center and close the biscuit dough around it. Make sure to seal the seam as much as possible. Repeat with the rest of the biscuit dough.
- Fry the doughnut holes until golden brown. Set aside to cool down.
- Combine powder sugar and whole milk to form the glaze. Dip the fried doughnut holes in the glaze. Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies over the top while the glaze is still wet.
- Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a doughnut pan with cooking spray.
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl. Stir in water, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until batter is smooth. Pour batter into the doughnut pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 10 to 12 minutes. Invert onto a wire rack and let cool, about 10 minutes.
- Combine confectioners' sugar, vegan margarine, shortening, and coconut milk in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until frosting is fluffy and smooth.
- Spread frosting over donuts; sprinkle cookie crumbs on top.

Steps:
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.
- Beat the milk and eggs until well blended.
- Add to the flour mixture; blend well.
- Let batter stand for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat 3" of oil in a deep fryer or deep saucepan.
- Dip the Oreos, one at a time, into the batter, allowing the excess to drip back into the bowl.
- Fry 3-4 cookies at a time, until golden brown, turning to cook both sides.
- Drain on paper towels; dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.

- In a large bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk egg, milk, vegetable oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, whisking to combine. Gently fold in the crushed Oreos.
- Transfer mixture into a pastry bag or large ziplock with a hole cut into the corner. Pipe batter into donut molds, filling 2/3 of the way up the molds. Bake for 10 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the donut comes out clean. Allow to cool 10 minutes before frosting.
