EASY CREAMY CHICKEN CASSEROLE
This easy creamy chicken casserole is my mother's recipe and a family favorite. It's one of our comfort foods and regular easy recipes to make through a busy week. Can easily be prepared in advance, then popped in the oven for a nice hot meal. If making for the first time, add half of the sour cream and taste first. Add more if desired, tasting as you go, to reach desired flavor. Serve over cooked white rice.

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Mix the crackers and melted butter together in a bowl; set aside.
- Bring water and chicken stock to a boil in a pot over high heat. Season with salt and black pepper. Add the chicken. Reduce heat to a simmer, and cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in the center, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain the chicken; set aside. Whisk together the sour cream and cream of chicken soup in a large bowl. Stir in the chicken, then transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the cracker mixture on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, 25 to 30 minutes.

EASY CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE
It is easy to prepare and everyone I have made it for really likes it! Serve with bread and your favorite vegetables, if desired. (Note: You can also use 2 pounds of chicken breast meat instead of a whole chicken; I like to cook my chicken ahead of time and freeze it, so that it is even quicker to make when I'm ready).

- Cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until it is al dente (about 8 to 10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish combine the shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, soups, water, salt and pepper. Mix all together. Sprinkle cheese on top of mixture and bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and turning slightly brown. Let cool 10 minutes and serve!

CREAMY ITALIAN CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE
This incredibly easy Creamy Italian Chicken Noodle Casserole is made with basil alfredo sauce, chicken, egg noodles and fresh garlic.

- Boil Reames® frozen egg noodles in a large pot according to package directions. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350f degrees.
- Drain well. Turn heat off and place noodles back into pot. Stir in alfredo sauce, basil, milk, chicken and garlic. Stir well.
- Pour noodle mixture into uncreased 9x13 baking dish. Crush croutons.
- Sprinkle crushed croutons on top of casserole.
- Cover casserole with aluminum foil and bake at 350f degrees for 20 minutes.
- Then carefully remove foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes (until crouton topping is golden brown).
- Serve with a salad!

CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE
This Chicken Noodle Casserole is easy to make with canned soup or with my homemade cream of mushroom! It's got a delicious cheese sauce with sour cream, broccoli, and juicy chicken.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Season the chicken with 1 tsp. Italian seasoning, 3/4 tsp. garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
- Heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 3 minutes.
- Toss the chicken and add the broccoli. Cook for 3-4 additional minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. Remove from heat.
- Cook the rotini for 1 minute less than al dente, refer to package for cooking time.
- Meanwhile, add the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, and 2 cups sharp white cheddar to the pot with the chicken & broccoli. Stir to combine.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pot. Use a silicone spatula to gently mix until combined.
- If the pot isn't oven safe, transfer to a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.
- Top with 1 cup regular cheddar. Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove cover and add crispy fried onions. Bake uncovered for 8 minutes. Serve with Garlic Bread with Cheese.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
