Easy weeknight desert can be cooked while eating dinner. You can double the fruit, but it may take more time to cook. Also good to add cinnamon &/or nutmeg to the batter, depending on your taste.

- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine fruit in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. Meanwhile, mix cinnamon and 1 tsp. sugar until blended; reserve for later use.
- Mix dry pudding mix with remaining sugar until blended. Add to fruit mixture along with the water; mix lightly. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Add milk to baking mix in medium bowl; stir just until moistened. Drop in mounds over fruit mixture; sprinkle with reserved cinnamon mixture.
- Bake 35 to 40 min. or until fruit mixture is hot and bubbly and biscuit topping is lightly browned. Serve warm topped with COOL WHIP.

- Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position, and heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put butter in an 8-inch square or 9-inch round pan; set in oven to melt. When butter has melted, remove pan from oven.

This cobbler is so very simple, and so very delicious. I am writing this recipe with peaches, however you can use any variety of canned fruit. Hope you enjoy.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, put stick of butter in 9x13" pan and melt in oven.
- Mix flour, sugar, and milk.
- When your butter is melted pour your mixture into pan directly on top of butter.
- Place peach/fruit slices into pan on top of cobbler.
- Pour syrup over top of cobbler and bake for approximately 1 hours till crust is brown and edges are bubbley.
- Serve hot with ice cream if you wish.
- I put 8-10 on the servings it depends on the size of the servings.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x9-inch pan.
- Toss together frozen berries (do not thaw first), sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and salt. Pour into the prepared pan.
- Mix together flour and yogurt in a medium bowl. Knead dough with your hands a few times until smooth.
