Easy Greek Yogurt Overnight Oats with Berries image

Greek Yogurt Overnight oats are an easy to make protein packed breakfast. Simply add everything into a jar the night before and you'll have a perfect healthy breakfast in the morning!

1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant based)
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 tablespoon agave (or honey or maple syrup)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup mixed berries

Steps:

  • In a jar, combine all the ingredients and mix together.
  • Seal the jar and place in the fridge for at least 8 hours before eating.
