EASY GRILLED SLIDERS
These are the perfect summer appetizer. All made on the grill! Cook the slider filling in one block that's the same size as your rolls and then assemble them! Genius and delicious!

Steps:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. On a baking sheet, shape ground beef into a slightly larger rectangle than the buns. Season well with salt and pepper.
- Cut buns in half longwise with a serrated knife. Take the bottom half of the buns and spread a very thin layer of butter on it. Add buns to grill, cut-side down for 30 seconds. Remove.
- Top buns with a drizzle of mustard and pickles.
- Add beef rectangle to grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on the first side. Then flip carefully (might need to use two spatulas). Grill on second side for about 1-2 minutes. Then add cheese. Cover grill.
- When cheese is melted, transfer beef off of grill and move it to prepared slider buns. Add top buns and cut up individual sliders.
- Serve while warm!

SLIDERS
Steps:
- Build a charcoal fire or heat a gas grill.
- Place the ground beef in a large bowl and add the mustard, olive oil, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with a fork to combine, taking care not to compress the ingredients. Shape the meat into 12 (2-inch) patties of equal size and thickness.
- When the grill is medium-hot, brush the grill grate with oil to keep the sliders from sticking. Place the sliders on the grill and cook for 4 minutes. Turn the sliders over with a spatula and cook for another 4 to 6 minutes, until medium-rare, or cook longer if you prefer the sliders more well done. For the last 2 minutes of cooking time, place 1/2-ounce Gruyere on the top of each burger and close the grill lid. Remove the sliders to a platter and cover with foil.
- Slice the buns in half crosswise and toast the halves cut side down on the grill.
- Divide the baby arugula among the 12 bottom buns, top each with a slider, and finish with a slice of tomato and red onion. Cover with the top of the bun and serve hot with ketchup.
GRILLED CHEESE SLIDERS
Buttery Hawaiian rolls with melted provolone and cheddar cheese.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- Without pulling the rolls apart, cut them in half and lay them on a clean work surface.
- Spread 2 Tablespoons of mayonnaise on the inside of each half of the rolls.
- Place the bottom half of rolls in the the prepared baking dish.
- Top with sliced cheddar cheese and sliced provolone cheese.
- Place top half of rolls on top.
- Brush on melted butter.
- Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.
- Cut rolls apart and serve.

- Divide the meat into 8 even pieces. Grab each piece and roll into a ball then press down into a patty. Keep in mind that the meat will shrink a lot during cooking. Use your thumb to indent the middle of each burger to reduce shrinkage.
