1 package hot dogs
1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
1 can Pearls sliced black olives

Steps:

  • Lay out individual biscuits and using rolling pin, roll them flat to about 1/8" thickness. Using pizza cutter, slice biscuits into thin strips, but keep the biscuit itself together so that the flat strips are still touching. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lay hot dog on biscuit at 45 degrees and roll up the biscuit around the hot dog with the strips at an angle. Use 1 extra strip, cut it in half, and roll around the top of the dog to make the head. Place 2 black olive slices to make the eyes. Bake for 20-minutes or until biscuit is golden brown. Serve immediately, hot dog will be fully cooked.

1 bag craisins
1 pound sliced bacon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lay out Individual Biscuits and using a rolling pin, roll them out as flat as possible. Slice the thin-rolled biscuits into long strips. Wrap hot dogs with biscuit strips at 45 degree angle. Lay two craisins on top of hotdog to make the eyes. Place bacon on glass plate and microwave for 60 seconds on high to soften and pre-cook bacon a little. Let bacon cool a little, then wrap bacon around the biscuit strips around the hot dog. Bake for 30 minutes, or until biscuit is golden brown and bacon changes color. Serve immediately, hot dog and bacon will be fully cooked.

12 strips bacon
12 beef hot dogs
18 ounces bbq sauce
12 hot dog buns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Heat up grill to medium heat.
  • Wrap a piece of bacon around your hot dog and secure it on each end with a toothpick.
  • place on the grill for 2 minutes and then turn. Cook it for another 2 minutes until the bacon is all the way cooked.
  • Brush BBQ sauce on the hot dogs and cooked them until sauce is heated.
  • Once they are cooked all the way through, remove from grill. Remove the toothpicks and the bacon will stay in place.
  • Preheat your oven to broil.
  • While you wait for your oven to heat, place your hot dot buns in a 9 X 13 pan. Place the cooked bacon wrapped hot dog in each bun.
  • Add more BBQ sauce and shredded cheese on top of each dog.
  • Place in the oven and broil for 1-2 minutes. Be sure to watch it because you don't want burned buns.
