One Pot Italian Chicken Pasta Recipe is the perfect meal for busy weeks. Lots of cheese combine with hearty meat, tomatoes and pasta for the best meal.

3 boneless (skinless chicken breasts cut into chunks or slices)
½ onion chopped
½ red bell pepper (chopped)
2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
1 can crushed tomatoes
2 cups chicken broth
½ cup Red Wine Vinegar
16 oz package of pasta (rotini is our favorite)
1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Steps:

  • In a large skillet over med-high heat brown your chicken.
  • Let is sit for a while and allow it to get very brown (this ads flavor to your sauce)
  • Season liberally with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic.
  • Add onions, and bell pepper and cook until soft. (this is where you add in the zucchini)
  • Pour in the tomatoes, water, and vinegar.
  • Add pasta.
  • Heat to a boiling, then cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes or until pasta is cooked through.
  • Stir in cheese and enjoy!

Steps:

  • Cook and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min. Add vegetables; cook 5 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Add sauce and pasta; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in 1 cup cheese; top with remaining cheese. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 2 min. or until cheese is melted.

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 small green pepper, julienned
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup halved cherry or grape tomatoes
1 can (8 ounces) pizza sauce
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/3 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

400 grams of linguini pasta, cooked
1/4 cup of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
1/2 cup of chicken broth
3 whole eggs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
200 grams of boneless chicken
1/4 cup of milk
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp mustard paste
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp italian herb mix
It is one of the easiest chicken pasta recipes; hence, you won't require any special equipments.
One non-stick pan and spatula should do the trick

Steps:

  • Begin by marinating the chicken. In a bowl, add cubed chicken, milk, lemon juice, mustard, pepper, and Italian herb. Mix and set aside for 20 minutes
  • Next, put a large pot of water on the boil for the pasta. Add heaping amounts of salt, a dash of oil, and put on the lid.Tip: To cook the perfect pasta, make sure you boil the pasta right.a. The larger the pot, the better the pasta will boil.b. Add heaps of salt, enough to make the water taste like seawater. This will add the right flavor to your pasta.
  • Meanwhile, in a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the crushed garlic until golden.
  • Now add in the marinated chicken and cook until tender, stirring every two minutes.
  • Add the chicken stock to it, and let simmer until it reduces.
  • While the chicken stock reduces, put the pasta to boil and boil until al dente.
  • Once the chicken stock has reduced, and the chicken has fully cooked, add in the cooked pasta.
  • In case the sauce looks too dry, you can also add in a tablespoon or two of the pasta water to bring out the right consistency.
  • Next, beat three eggs in a bowl, and stir them into the pasta on high flame.
  • Let it sit on the flame for two minutes or until the egg slightly foams up.
  • Sprinkle some parmesan on top and serve hot.

1 lb spaghetti
1 lb chicken breast
2 large large tomatoes (chopped)
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup milk or cream
1/2 cup butter
3-4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Season the chicken with onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a pan over medium heat, cook for 8 minutes per side or until golden.
  • Transfer to cutting board and cut into strips. Set aside
  • Place a saucepan over medium heat, add the butter and milk and stir occasionally until butter is melted. Add parmesan and mozzarella cheese and whisk gently until cheese is melted and combined.
  • Once the butter is melted, add the black pepper and garlic.
  • Stir until well mixed and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • In a medium sized pot bring water to a boil, place the spaghetti and cook following the package instructions, about 7 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta.
  • Divide the pasta into serving bowls.
  • Pour the sauce over the pasta.
  • Top with chicken and tomatoes.

1 tablespoon olive oil
½ medium onion, cut into strips
1 ½ tablespoons minced garlic
2 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
½ teaspoon chicken seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
4 ounces penne pasta
⅓ cup heavy cream, or more to taste
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
⅓ cup heavy cream, or more to taste
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon sliced green onions

Steps:

  • Combine butter and olive oil with onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat; saute for 3 minutes. Add chicken, Cajun and chicken seasonings, and salt. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes.
  • Remove 2 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water and add it to the chicken along with the heavy cream, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir until well combined and lower the heat; cook for 2 minutes.
  • Drain penne, toss with the chicken, then add in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Sprinkle in parsley and green onions and serve immediately.
