EASY MARSHMALLOW PINWHEELS
Also Known As: MONSTER TONGUES Kids love this easy treat! A mixture of marshmallows melted in flavored gelatin is chilled in a pan, then rolled up and sliced into wiggly pinwheels.

Steps:
- Stir gelatin mix and water in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 min.; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Stir in marshmallows. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until marshmallows are partially melted. Stir with whisk until marshmallows are completely melted. Pour into 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 45 min. or until set. Run sharp knife around edges of pan to loosen gelatin layer from pan. Starting at 1 edge, roll up gelatin layer tightly. Cut into 1/2-inch slices. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.

BASIC CHOCOLATE PINWHEEL COOKIES

- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well. , Divide dough in half; add cocoa to one portion. Divide each portion in half. On a baking sheet, roll out each portion between waxed paper into a 12x10-in. rectangle. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. , Remove waxed paper. Place one chocolate rectangle over a plain rectangle. Roll up tightly, jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; wrap in plastic. Repeat with remaining dough. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Unwrap and cut into 1/4-in. slices. , Place 2 in. apart on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until set. Remove to wire racks to cool.

- In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and green onions. Spread this mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle red pepper, celery, black olives, and cheese (if you'd like) over the cream cheese mixture. Roll up the tortillas, then wrap them tightly in aluminum foil.
- Chill 2 hours or overnight. Cut off ends of the rolls, and slice the chilled rolls into 1 inch slices.

CHOCOLATE CARAMEL PRETZEL PINWHEELS RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: pretzel, crispy rice cereal, marshmallow, butter, caramel, semi-sweet chocolate chips, nonstick spray

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300˚F (150˚C).
- Combine cereal and crushed pretzels in a large bowl.
- In another large bowl, melt marshmallows and butter in the microwave for 1 minute & 30 seconds, stirring half way. (Time may vary depending on your microwave, so, keep an eye on it!)
- Combine cereal, pretzels and melted marshmallows. Mix well.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray generously with non-stick cooking spray. (You might want to spray your hands too!)
- Remove marshmallow mixture from the bowl and place onto the baking sheet. Spray another piece of parchment paper with non-stick spray and lay the sprayed side on top of the marshmallow mixture.
- Roll out with a rolling pin into a thin layer.
- Remove the top layer of parchment paper and evenly spread caramel over the marshmallow mixture. Pour chocolate chips over the caramel.
- Bake for 2 minutes, or until chocolate chips spread easily across the caramel.
- Carefully & tightly roll it up longways, peeling back the parchment paper as you go. Cover in plastic wrap & chill for 2-3 hours, or until it has firmed up nicely.
- Remove plastic wrap and parchment paper, and cut in 1-inch (2 cm) slices.
- Enjoy!

- In a large microwave safe bowl, combine the red gelatin and 1/2 cup of warm water. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes; remove from microwave and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Stir 1 1/2 cups marshmallows into the red gelatin mixture until they are all coated. Microwave on high for 1 minute or just until marshmallows are partially melted. Remove from the microwave and stir marshmallows with a whisk until they are completely dissolved into the red gelatin mixture. Allow to cool until close to room temperature. Whisk together mixture again and then pour into the prepared baking dish. Place in refrigerator to set.
- While the red layer is setting in the refrigerator, begin preparing the blue mixture. Repeat the same steps for the blue gelatin. When the red layer is set, remove it from the refrigerator. Whisk the blue gelatin mixture one last time and then carefully pour the blue gelatin on top of the set red layer.
