OREO DIRT CAKE
This sweet and creamy chocolate pudding cake is filled with crushed Oreos! An easy no bake dessert for any occasion.

Steps:
- Lightly butter or spray a 8x8 inch baking dish and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, use a hand-held mixer to blend together the chocolate pudding mix, vanilla pudding mix, and cold milk until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Crush 20 of the cookies into small pieces and add to a large mixing bowl. Pour the melted butter over the cookies and use a fork to mix until well-combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of prepared baking dish to form a crust.
- In a medium mixing bowl add the cream cheese and granulated sugar. Use a hand-held mixer to combine. Spread the mixture evenly over the cookie crust.
- Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- In another medium mixing bowl add the whipping cream and confectioner's sugar. Use a hand-held mixer to beat the cream until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream mixture over the pudding layer.
- Crush the remaining 10 Oreo cookies and sprinkle them over the top of the dessert. Chill or freeze for 3 hours before cutting into squares and serving. *If you freeze the dessert, allow it to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting.

- Crush ⅔ package of Oreos and place in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Set aside.
- Mix cream cheese and margarine (or butter) until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and fold in whipped topping. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Fold this mixture in with the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour over crumb mixture.
- Sprinkle with the reserve crushed Oreos. Let set for a few hours and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

- In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies until they are fine crumbs. You can also put them in a zippered plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them.
- Set aside ⅓ of the cookie crumbs for the topping.
- Press the rest of the cookie crumbs in the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix again.
- Fold in the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mixes and milk. Whisk until smooth and then allow the pudding to set for 3-4 minutes to set.
- Fold the pudding into the whipped mixture until it is evenly mixed.
- Spread this fluffy filling over the Oreos in the baking pan. Smooth the top so it is even.
- Sprinkle the remaining cookie crumbs over the top of the filling. Press down very lightly to press them into the top.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours before cutting and serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

- Chop cookies very fine in food processor. The white cream will disappear.
- Mix butter, cream cheese, and sugar in bowl.

- Crush cookies until they resemble potting soil. Divide half of the crumbs between the flower pots. Set pots and remaining crumbs aside., In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. In another bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). Fold in whipped topping. Gently fold into cream cheese mixture until blended., Add filling to pots; top with reserved crumbs. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. - Crush 1/2 package of Oreo cookies in bottom of cake pan. (If you have a food processor this will probably be the easiest way) Set aside.
- Make pudding according to directions. Set aside.
- Mix cream cheese, cool whip, powdered sugar together until smooth. Add pudding to mixture. Mix well and pour over cookies in pan.
- Crush the other 1/2 package of Oreos and sprinkle on top of cream cheese mixture.
