CHEESY EVERYTHING CRACKERS
These cheesy everything crackers are literally everything you could want in a savory snack. They're salty, crunchy, cheesy, buttery, and easy to whip up any old time!

- Preheat oven to 350.
- In the bowl of a food processor, pulse together the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Add the butter and pulse 5-7 more times or until butter is incorporated into flour and no large pieces remain. It should look like coarse meal. Add the cheddar and pecorino and pulse a couple more times until combined. With the machine running, stream in 1/4 cup of the half and half until the mixture comes together in a ball. Divide the ball in half.
- Take one half and roll out to 1/16th inch, between two sheets of parchment paper. Transfer dough, along with bottom piece of parchment to a rimmed baking sheet. Use a sharp knife to cut out 2×2 inch crackers and use a fork to prick each one a few times. Brush the crackers lightly with the remaining half and half and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the everything bagel spice. Repeat with remaining dough.
- Bake on the middle rack for 20 to 25 minutes or until crackers are a light golden brown. Let them cool completely before breaking crackers apart - they will continue to crisp up as they sit. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

EVERYTHING BAGEL CRACKERS WITH CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
The ever popular everything bagel flavor in an easy-to-make, delicious crispy cracker.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease three baking sheets; set aside.
- Combine all spice mix ingredients in bowl. Set aside.
- Combine whole wheat flour, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or fork just until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add buttermilk; stir just until flour is moistened. Stir in sesame seed.
- Place dough onto lightly floured surface; knead 3-5 times or until smooth.
- Divide dough into thirds. Roll out dough, one-third at a time, on lightly floured surface to 10 1/2x8-inch rectangle. Transfer to prepared baking sheet. Cut each dough into 3 1/2x2-inch rectangles, using fluted pastry cutter. (Do not separate.) Repeat with remaining dough.
- Beat egg white and water in bowl with whisk. Brush top of dough, using pastry brush. Sprinkle one-third spice mix onto each dough. Prick each rectangle several times with fork.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Break along score marks.
- Combine all spread ingredients in bowl; mix well. Serve at room temperature with crackers. Store refrigerated.

Steps:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, white cheddar cheese, goat cheese, lemon zest, and ½ tablespoon Clubhouse® Everything Bagel Seasoning until well combined.
- Line a small bowl with plastic wrap. Transfer the cheese mixture to the lined bowl, cover with the plastic wrap, and shape into a ball. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, until firm.
- Add the remaining 2½ tablespoons Clubhouse® Everything Bagel Seasoning to a plate. Unwrap the cheese ball and roll in the seasoning to cover completely.
- Garnish the cheese ball with sliced chives and serve with crackers.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with a silicon mat or parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine ingredients for the everything bagel seasoning. Mix and then set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine white cheddar cheese, flour, butter, and cayenne pepper. Mix together and then add in butter. Using either a pastry cutter or two knives, cut the butter into the dry ingredients. Continue to do that until pea-sized crumbs form. Add milk into the dough and mix until it is well combined. The dough should be formed into a ball, if not, add a little more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time until it does form.
- Divide the dough into two pieces and transfer the first onto a lightly floured surface. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out until it is 1/4" thick. Using a kife or a pizza cutter, slice the dough into 1" thick columns and then across into 1" thick rows. This should lead to each of the crackers being 1"x1". Repeat with the remaining dough.
