TACO PIE
Taco pie includes your favorite taco fillings with a corn tortilla crust. An easy Mexican-style dinner the whole family loves!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch pie dish; set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, brown the beef over medium heat. Crumble meat in the pan as it cooks. Add the onions and cook 5 to 7 more minutes. Drain excess grease. Mix in the taco seasoning and beef broth; simmer 5 more minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine salsa and sour cream to make a sauce. Spread 1/4 cup sauce evenly into bottom of prepared pie dish. Layer 6 tortillas, slightly overlapping each other and the sides of the pie dish, then half of the meat mixture, and then half of the sour cream mixture. Top with half of cheese; repeat layers (starting with tortillas, ending with cheese).
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with optional toppings.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes; set aside. , Place crusts on ungreased pizza pans or baking sheets. Combine beans and salsa; spread over crusts. Top with beef mixture, chips and cheese. , Bake until heated through and cheese is melted, 13-16 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with lettuce and tomatoes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook ground beef until no longer pink, drain.
- Add taco seasoning according to package.
- In a casserole pan spray non stick on bottom and line the with Doritos, crushing a bit to fit.
- Time to layer, (layer 1, Doritos) sprinkle beef (layer 2), add spoonfuls of beans (Layer 3) sprinkle cheese (layer 4).
- Repeat one more time, the finished layer will be the chips.
- Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with salsa and sour cream.
- Enjoy.
