I really don't believe expert crafts can be effectively macro, the actions are so dependent on the RNG conditions. This method does recommend HQ chili crab + syrup + Control FC action + specialist.

My best recommendation, or at least my own strategy, is this: Wait. Wait until 6.3 when this expansion's highest crafted gear gets released. Max out your crafting stats at that point and revisit the expert crafts from last expansion. Hopefully the stat increases at that point will let you macro your way through. 0.
