FRIED HOMINY 1, NATIVE AMERICA

1 can (15 ounce) hominy (drained)
2 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup (4 ounces) yellow onion, chopped
pepper (dash)
1/4 cup chopped chilies (canned ortega peppers)
1 clove garlic, crushed

Steps:

  • Saute the onion in butter; add chilies chopped, hominy and garlic; fry until light brown. Add pepper.
