2 cups Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons prepared Horseradish
2 tablespoons minced fresh Onion
1/3 cup Dill Pickle Relish
1 clove Garlic (minced)
2 Hard Boiled Eggs (finely minced)
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/3 cup Chili Sauce

Steps:

Place all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix well.
Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve, up to 2 weeks.
Serve with fish and other seafood, of course. But it is also great on french fries, hamburgers, sandwiches, chips and more.

Mix all ingredients.
