FROSTY CHOCOLATE PIE

- In a large bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 9-in. pie plate. , In a large bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Fold in ice cream. Spoon into prepared crust. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm., Remove pie from the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with whipped topping and grated chocolate.

- In a small bowl, combine banana slices and lemon juice; let stand for 5 minutes. Drain well. Arrange banana slices over bottom of crust. Spread with frozen yogurt. Top with fruit cocktail and whipped topping. Freeze until firm. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with raspberries and pecans.

FROSTY LEMON PIE
Steps:
- Combine ingredients in a glass and muddle, strain into a chilled martini glass, top with Lemon Zest Meringue.
- Place egg whites in small bowl, beat on high speed for 1 minute, add in sugar, almond liqueur, and zest. Continue beating until stiff peaks form. Put on top of drink, torch with a butane torch until tips are golden, serve immediately.

- Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme in a mixing bowl until smooth. Stir in sherbet. Fold in 2 cups whipped topping.
- Pour into crust. Freeze 3 hours.
- Remove pie from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.

- 1. In large bowl stir together pumpkin, honey and spice. Stir in ice cream. Fold in whipped topping. Spread in crust. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.2. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Garnish as desired. Store in freezer.*NOTE: May substitute 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger and 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves in place of pumpkin pie spice.

- 1. In 2-quart saucepan, melt margarine, corn syrup and chocolate morsels together over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat. Add KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal, stirring until well coated. With back of spoon, shape mixture evenly in bottom and on side of 9-inch pie pan coated with cooking spray, to form crust. Chill.2. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in brandy. Fold in cherries, almonds and whipped topping. Spoon filling into chilled crust. Garnish with additional maraschino cherry halves and toasted slivered almonds, if desired. Freeze at least 4 hours. NOTE: For easier cutting, let stand at room temperature about 15 minutes before serving.
