FROZEN CHOCOLATE DESSERT
Such a simple name for such a fabulous dessert. I got this recipe from the cook at a conference center near Seattle where I had been attending a meeting. This is a bona fide winner.

Steps:
- Bring corn syrup and water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and vanilla.
- (Reserve 2 tablespoons to decorate the top later if you wish.) Cool.
- Break up chocolate wafers with your fingers and pulverize in the blender.
- Melt butter and mix well with the crushed wafers in a small bowl.
- Press into an 8" pie plate.
- With an electric mixer, beat cream until stiff.
- Add condensed milk and cooled chocolate mixture.
- Beat mixture until stiff.
- Stir in nuts with a rubber spatula.
- Pour into prepared pie shell.
- Freeze.

- Line a 9x5 loaf pan with aluminum foil so that it completely covers the pan and extends 2 inches above the pan.
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, heat the cream over medium-low heat until it is hot and simmering. Be sure to stir it often so it doesn't scorch.
- Pour 1 cup of cream over the white chocolate, 1 cup over the milk chocolate and the last cup over the dark chocolate. Stir each of the chocolate mixtures until it is creamy and smooth, with the chocolate completely melted.

- Start by spraying 8 x 8 inch pan with non stick spray and set it aside. Then put Oreo cookies in food processor and pulse them until they turn into crumbs, addbutter and mix.
- Make sure to save 1/2 cup for later. The rest of the mixture should be spread on the bottom of the pan, to make a solid layer.
- Meanwhile, beat cream cheese in a medium dish, at low speed, until it gets smooth, then add sweetened condensed milk and continue beating until it´s well combined.
