Frozen Foolish Royal Mess Recipes
FROZEN FOOLISH ROYAL MESS
Two traditional British desserts, a "fool" and a "mess," combine for the ultimate frozen delight.

Steps:
- Line 8x4-inch loaf pan with foil, leaving edges of foil hanging over sides of pan. In blender, empty contents of smoothie pouch. Add sweetened condensed milk. Cover; blend on high speed 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stopping blender to scrape down sides as necessary, until smooth.
- Pour into large bowl. Fold in whipped topping until blended. Gently fold in meringue cookie pieces. Pour mixture into foil-lined loaf pan. Meringue pieces will float to top of mixture. Freeze at least 8 hours until firm.
- To serve, use foil to lift frozen loaf from pan. Pull back foil. Cut into eight 1-inch slices. Serve immediately. Serve with fresh berries and mint, if desired.

- Unwrap crisps, and place on large platter, bottom sides up. Spread about 1 tablespoon yogurt over bottom side of each crisp.
- Freeze 15 minutes; remove from freezer, and make 8 sandwiches by pressing 2 yogurt-covered sides together. Return to freezer until completely frozen, about 1 hour.

Yoplait® Fruitful™ mango, pineapple & orange yogurt is put together with gingersnaps and coconut in this frozen dessert.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- In small bowl, mix crushed cookies, sugar, melted butter and coconut. Spread evenly on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 4 minutes; stir. Bake about 2 minutes longer or until coconut is golden brown. Cool 10 minutes.
- Spoon 1/3 cup cookie mixture into loaf pan. Top with 1 container yogurt. Sprinkle remaining cookie mixture over yogurt. Top with remaining container of yogurt; spread evenly. Cover with plastic wrap.
- Place in freezer about 4 hours or just until firm. Just before serving, turn upside down onto cutting board; cut into 4 slices.
