- Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat. Add marshmallows; cook 3 to 5 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- Spoon marshmallow mixture into 2 medium bowls. Add blue food coloring to marshmallow mixture in 1 bowl; swirl gently with knife. Repeat with purple food coloring and remaining marshmallow mixture. Add half the cereal to marshmallow mixture in each bowl; mix well.
- Place handfuls of blue cereal mixture, 3 inches apart, in prepared pan. Repeat with purple cereal mixture to evenly cover bottom of pan. Top with MALLOW Bits. Press firmly to form even layer in pan; cool completely.
- Cut into 6 each moon and star shapes, using 3-inch cookie cutters.

- Put caramels, margarine, and sweetened condensed milk into a saucepan and cook on low heat, stirring constantly until melted together.
- Remove from heat.
